8th May - finally the day had come for which i was waiting for from the long time, we had a session on Self Leadership by Anil Sir. Because in our first leadership class we devoted a lot of time in knowing our self. We offered our wrong doing to the fire which actually helped us to feel lighter.
Today also it  was a powerful session and we started with exercise of trying to know our self better by introspection and going to the root cause of the problem by asking "why" 5 times, this will help us to conquer our fears. We learnt that leadership is about ability to manage mind, heart and emotions and not only mind.
We also did Immunity Mapping exercise during which we asked our self four questions:-
1. What do we want to achieve
2. What are the roadblocks?
3. Why are you not able to overcome the roadblocks?
4. Finding the assumptions which make us feel that we won’t be able to overcome these road blocks.

Then in second half we had our leadership session with Anil sir.  Anil started their session with the purpose we have in our life. He started their session with the following questions:-
       1.       Purpose in Life
       2.       Value you can’t compromise
       3.       What are people who matter me allot
       4.       What are their needs?
       5.       How will I leverage mu god given talent and positive power of what I believe in
       6.       Which career path you choose to reach closet to your purpose

We also remembered the time when we were at our best, why were we performing so better at that time, what all were the factors which helped us to be at our best?
We then studied how to overcome a bad habit, by learning the meaning of the word "Habit", If we remove the letter H from Habit "A bit" is still left then if we remove letter A "Bit" is still left if we remove letter b "it" will still remain. It’s only by overcoming "I" the self ego we would be able to overcome a habit.
We also studied our self by Immunity X-Ray under which we used a 4 column approach which help individual to know himself better and hence can start the process of transforming oneself into a better leader.
