Men are driven by the Materialistic path almost throughout their life until they realize the "I - Consciousness" factor. This "I - Consciousness" is the Ego that the Man grows over a period of time, which in turn makes him forget the Ultimate purpose of his birth. The love for the materialistic World drives Man to earn Comfort and Convenience which are important for satisfying his external senses. In doing so, he forgets that this Enjoyment is not permanent. The Permanent Bliss lies beyond this point. This could be achieved when the Man comes out of his ego and Materialistic deeds. This level of ultimate Bliss could be achieved through Yoga and Meditation which has remained an age old practice in our Bharat.

    The Ultimate Bliss

This is a phase when the Man feels indifferent to Gender, Senses, Religion, Materials and Environment. The very first step towards achieving this Bliss is to enhance "Concentration". For example, a Worker finds satisfaction only if he continues to work throughout his Life. In doing so, he doesn't expect anything in return. He has complete focus on his work without any Expectations or Appreciations. This unperturbed Focus helps him towards climbing the Ladder of this Bliss through Meditation.

 The Immunity X - Ray

Also, the session included a new term called "Immunity X - Ray" that threw light on the New level of Experimentation that is being carried out in the Humans to determine the Assumptions that they make thereby stereotyping on the situations and decisions and following the same trend. The Exercise helps in identifying the Immunity Areas and to create Actions plans to overcome the same in a gradual fashion.
Few Key points I observed i the Session include the greatest way to grow Self Confidence and to overcome the Fear Factor is to do a Fire Walk. Walking on Fire requires a lot of Courage and Patience. A person with a high degree of Ego may find it very difficult to walk on fire. One has to have a Silent and Calm Mindset to walk on Fire. Also it gives the ability to bear the Pain crossing which One would experience the Bliss factor.

My Observation

One of the integral part of the Indian culture, the “Ethics”, is finding hard time identifying itself in the Organizations. SOIL values this Ethics and tries to instill this Ethics in our Future Leaders. While it is good to be part of such an Institution, it is also necessary to practice Ethics across our Day to day activities. That which is not practiced at Home could not be preached in public. SOIL is one of the Schools that has boldly taken up instilling the Self Leadership and Values to its students that not many B – Schools come forward to do. This bold step would achieve its Success only if the SOIL’s Brand Ambassadors truly reflect on the SOIL values.

The Origin and the Life giving Force inside every Human being, the “Om” kara should be realized by every individuals in order to enjoy the Real bliss. It becomes very important for the individuals to learn the nuances of Meditation. Meditation has multiple advantages from improving the “Concentration” to giving “Peace of Mind” to Instilling “Patience”. This Meditation along with Yoga brings a Healthy Lifestyle for all the Individuals both in Physical and in intellectual form. We call a person an Intellect not just if he is academically High Performed, but only if he has realized his own Potential, his purpose of Life and the Values that he carry for the Society that he Lives in.

Accumulation of Information leads to Knowledge and Application of Knowledge leads to Skills and Abilities. But, only the Realization of the Real Purpose makes a person, an Intellect. An Intellect person has a Stable mindset, away from the Materialistic possession of the “I – Conscious” factor and filled with Selflessness.
