It was a great day we are having our Self-Leadership session
with Snehal M’am and Susie M’am. We started our session with
the question- What is the goal which we want to achieve during this one year
course? And what is the stress we are facing from our last three month in
soil? Then we all sit in our group and
discussed our goal and stress that we are facing. Then after discussing in
group we discussed our stress with M’am. Then M’am told us about the various
symptoms of stress like emotional symptoms, cognitive symptoms, physical
symptoms and behavioral symptoms. She told us sometime some people are in
stress but they don’t realize it and that is different thing for us . Then we
all traced out the symptoms which we actually feels when we are under stress.
Then Susie M’am told us how we can fight with our stress like she told us to
avoid the reaction of people who stress you and we should know our values. Then
we did laughing yoga to fight with our stress and felled so much relax after
doing that laughing yoga.
Then in second half we had our leadership session with Anil sir. Anil started their session with the purpose
we have in our life. He started their session with the following questions:-
1. Purpose in Life
2. Value You can’t compromise
3. What are people who matter me allot
4. What are their need
5. How will I leverage mu god given talent and
positive power of what I believe in
6. Which career path you choose to reach
closet to your purpose
Then we had discussion on learning goals. That what learning goal we are
having and what efforts we are putting in to reach to our goals. How we using
our positive to overcome over negative. As am I using my duties and responsibilities
as a learner to achieve my learning goal, am I fully present, am I fully
inspired to learn etc.
Then we discussed Immunity to change.

which I think I want to develop in me or improve in myself?

Doing/Not doing Instead?
·
Hidden Competing Commitment?
·
Mental Assumptions?
After whole day
session on self leadership we actually
came to know about ourselves more like what’s my purpose in life whether I am
moving in right direction or not to achieve it? What I want to achieve in my
life, how could I achieve it and what I am doing to achieve it? Where Am I standing today, where I want to
reach, how will I reach there, and which
path should I have to follow. So it’s
the way of transforming consciousness. We had
great experience and learning in
this today’s sessions.
